Ingredients:
GlycerGrow Complex: Glycerol Monostearate (GMS from Vegetable Source)
and L-Taurine. CellCharge Complex: Sodium Chloride and Potassium
Gluconate.
Directions:
Initial (first serving) instructions: To assess your individual
tolerance, combine 1-2 scoops of GlycerGrow with at least 32 oz of
water, juice or sport/electrolyte drink, and consume it about 30
minutes before your workout. Shake well before drinking. (Powder does
not dissolve well in liquid.) Directions for usage: Combine 1-4 scoops
